Why not go for a low tech solution using an online custom quiz app or custom webpage for people to use their own devices to join in to answer the questions. You would also need to be able to cast the questions from a laptop to one of your screens. You would have to get someone to draft some devious questions or find some random trivia books to pick some questions from.
I never made it out to a trivia night before because of work, but my schedule is a little more flexible now depending on the day.
As far as a mic, just get a portable speaker and a stand.
I need to visit more often. The food was great the last two times I went.
