Imagine that. An Aggie saying “partner” when addressing a group of guys. You can say wife or girlfriend. We won’t be butt hurt.

Cooking - yes, way better
Cleaning - I can scrub a kitchen like nobody's business. My wife will make an attempt and I always come back through to get it where it needs to be. The rest of the house, I can get most if not all of the way there, she might have a few finishing touches but it takes me putting the spurs to her to get her moving on it.

Childcare - she wins in knowledge and efficiency, but I can hold my own taking care of the kid.

My wife is from Louisiana and I’m from Ohio - Who dafuq u think is the better cook?

I thought my culinary game was respectable. Turns out, my kitchen skills are weak AF.

Flip side, I can fix every single thing in our house. Her nails are too pretty to hold a hammer. It all evens out.

Yes, I like to cook, and my wife doesn't

I suck and my level of "Clean" is not her level of "clean"

Our kids love their momma and she is much more patient than I am. We do more mischievous stuff though!

We've been married 53 years, we have the duties pretty well split.

Me: Cooking and fixing all the shite she breaks. Backyard, pool maint, deck cleaning and repair. I used to do the shopping until an injury made it too hard.

Wiff: After dinner dishes (I clean most of the prep stuff as I use it), laundry, front yard gardening, nagging and talking endlessly.

Outside help: Lawn mowing, weekly house cleaner and a kid to pull weeds and do minor little stuff.

Better at cooking. Far better.

That's about it. She cleans better and takes care of the kids better. I'm pretty lasseiz faire about it all

All of it. Sometimes I feel like a single dad whose ward pays a meager portion of the bills.

My wife is one of those people who is ridiculously good at anything she tries to do, so there's not much I can beat her at. I do most of the daily cooking because I like it more than she does, but anything beyond grilling and simple food prep she trounces me. I'm a better athlete so a better hiker, runner, feats of strength. I suppose I can write better. I handle most of the bills. I know more about wine. That's about all I've got.

i'm pretty meticulous, so in a competition I could probably do it better, but she and the kids do most of it

Not I.

She (no pics) is better than me at damn near any household and homestead related task.

I’m not what you would call unskilled. But my wife, she cuts the grass better than I do. Her edging is perfection. She knows how to handle almost any kind of tool you can think of. She maintains the garden in a way that would catch anyone’s attention.

Her daddy did a hell of a job raising her to be independent. Sucks for those of you that married otherwise.

We are a pretty traditional marriage. I cook 1-2 times a week but work 24hr shifts so she cooks rest of the time. We both clean up but of course kids do also. I take care of outside work. My wife is the most inefficient person I know though, makes the easiest tasks unbelievably complicated.

Wife is way better at childcare than I am. Honestly, we have 3 kids, 24 y/o daughter (no pics) and 2 boys, youngest is 14. I’m a weird dude, probably ADD, and struggle with teaching people things, especially kids, no matter how well I know it. I probably don’t even truly bond with the kids until they are teenagers. I’m close to them from birth, changed diapers, bottle fed, etc. But wife was let’s just say much better with raising the kids than me

I’m much better at managing money but she’s better at doing the taxes

I’m better in all of those and more and gladly do them. As long as the kids aren’t crying/fighting/fussing and I’m…uh…taken care of life is good.

Aggie misspelled “homo” by one letter.

You people are irrepressible.

Alone, I’m the best there ever was.

Factor in someone else contributing while conducting a dissimilar process……I’m not the best.

I will say I’m better at cooking, but not baking.

She cleans, does laundry and I am grateful for that.

I handle the yard, but she takes care of all the flower beds and such because she loves plants.

If I die, she won’t be able to figure out all the electronics, Wi-Fi and such.

In my opinion, if you are better than your wife at cleaning and cooking ( not counting grilling or smoking) and if your wife isn't a great, nurturing mother then you made a bad choice in a bride.
