If he fit the mold of "far right wing rebublican white person" they would have put that in headlines. Since it was "police patches" they go chill on headline.

No, he doesn’t think YOU need them. As in, Mr. Average Joe peasant citizen.

Unlike the guy in Maine, it seems like this fella had a late change of heart and decided to go ahead and take himself out first, before taking others with him.

Props to him

He killed himself in a women’s restroom stall and wrote “I am not a killer” on the wall before ending it.

I'd think the edibles would chill him out more than anything

BTW, Lava Rocks hit like a wall

Well, I guess props to the guy for not killing anyone else. Wish he had gotten counseling...idk.

People are crazy. We have a mental health crisis in this country

I was listening to the Matt Walsh podcast the other day and he raised the question about whether many of these mass shooting and other horrific events may be tied to the massive increase of mental drugs like SSRI's being prescribed and our lack of understanding of how they work (or if they truly do even). Many of the shooters appear to be on drugs such as SSRI's and how it deserves to be looked into.

I think it’s due to the dark web. They’re getting egged on by other people.

Well I think the point is if nobody (other than the military and I suppose SWAT type law enforcement units) had them there wouldn’t be a need for you to have them as there wouldn’t be a bad guy with one either. Whether this is realistic or not I have no idea.

One thing I’ve thought about and think should be looked into is what effect the "aggressive styling" of AR-15's and other assault styled weapons have a mental effect on people, especially teenage boys, who are influenced by the military-esque look of these rifles. Would they commit the same mass shooting’s with functionally the same weapons but look like a more traditional hunting rifle? Maybe, but probably not as many and I think it’s worth looking into.

I agree that many people take things where we don't fully understand the potential side effects yet.

Is it possible that he was “programmed” to kill, resisted, wrote the note to his programmers, and carried out the “program ending” of killing himself?

I'd be shocked if there weren't at least 10 studies on it. That being said, don't care, pass an amendment.

Isn’t it illegal to study? Something the NRA passed through?

Technically, he is a self killer but the community will take that trade as opposed to him having shot and killed people in a school, park, restaurant, etc.
