Ranking quality of life at a statewide level is stupid too. Quality of life is very localized for the most part. I'd much rather live in St Francisville or Mandeville than some shitty area of Florida or Texas. ...

LA has a lot of shitty areas, and is dragged down by the lowest tier citizens, but if you are in the top 15-20% I don't think your life would be much better in Minnesota. ...

I know this probably isn't your preference, but there's a Mexican tire shop on Coursey that will plug it for you for $10 (cash only) in about 5 minutes and it will probably hold up.
I got this done on my wife's car recently. Same scenario except no tire warranty and that Michelin had 1k miles on ...
