Even this is a bad argument. LSU finished 105 in total defense. That sets such a low bar for success. If Baker gets us into the 60s or 70s he might be able to parlay that into a HC job. On the other hand, if Missouri drops from 25 to somewhere in the 40s or 50s, they'll be calling for his head. Which scenario is more likely?

He is very organized and a great X’s and O’s Guy. Great in game day. LSU has never had that!

The difference being Jayden can kill you with his arm and legs, Milroe not so much. Meaning it is much more understandable not to dedicate a spy to Jayden. House not spying Milroe was indefensible.
