So what’s the plan for DLC? Is it a bad idea running in with our NG++++ characters or should we make a new one? I’m seeing some conflicting opinions. I don’t remember being overwhelmed on the DS3 DLC. I really don’t want to start from scratch and grind all of that shite out again. I am about to start another run through and get warmed back up again.

My plan was to start a new game and go all the way to the final boss but not beat it. Would that work?

All the interviews with Miyazaki talk about a new separate leveling system that is contained within the dlc. He likens it to the system in sekiro where you get an item from killing a boss that you can trade in for an attack power up. You’re going to have to be able to kill mohg and radahn to get there so you’ll at least need to be about endgame status.

Personally I’m going to get one build to mohg but not going to beat him until the dlc comes out in case there’s a new cutscene. All my other characters that I’m done with are just sitting at the stone platform waiting to go into ng+ or hit the dlc

I'm starting a new character. I don't feel like going in at NG+4...
