I don’t mind these rules. Do wish they would bring back stopping the clock after each first down. Games were not any shorter than the previous season, just had more commercials which of course means they won’t change it but ?????

I feel like the helmet system reduces the advantages of a big home crowd.

Won't matter very much when the Alabama greeks leave at the half now.

What’s the point of the 2 minute warning? NFL should get rid of it

I kind of like having differences. NFL has it, college doesn't.

Kind of like when the AL had the DH and the NL didn't.

Until the home team is losing and magically there is technical difficulties with the head sets. (*I believe the rule is if one team is having coms issues, neither team can use them?)

Helmet communication

This is a bigger deal than people realize. The only reason it works in the NFL is that the league office sends in a team of IT people with league owned/provided equipment who set up and manage the system and ensure all communications are encrypted. Who does that now? The host school? The conference? What about non-conference games?

College football does not even have a centralized group of officials, as they are provided at the conference level.
