Stay in Nashville for a few nights then head southeast down I-24 to Monteagle. Rent a tiny home for the remainder of the time. You'll be 45 mins from Chattanooga and near the the South Cumberland State Park, College of the South, Jack Daniels Distillery (a must to go on a tour), the Caverns, etc.
Have dinner at the High Point Restaurant (has a cool history and is top notch) and at Top of the Rock (beautiful views).
I have land there and go at least twice a year. Plan is to retire there.
