New York should get these cards. That way, when you see someone shoved in front of a train you can throw them an "I got you" card.

While I agree, the past several generations are stupid and gullible, think about who is actually creating and implementing these absurd programs. The majority of counsel members and politicians are 40, 50, 60 year old adults. They come from generations that should know better and have more commonsense.
