Gee it's almost like it's Spring and kids are on a Break from school or something. Weird.

Don't think it started until recently. Used to be more family oriented. Noticed that too last time I was that way for spring break.

Diversity. 40% Georgia, 35% Tennessee, 20% Louisiana, and 5% Florida.

Prolly crowded this time of year, but Walton County doesn’t put up with much.

It's a byproduct of how much disposable income folks have now. 50 years ago, my parents took us to Gatlinburg for a long weekend, that was our one and only vaca.

Is it the tell-tale sign of a total douche when someone calls it this?

Those dadgum hooligans!

Maybe you should avoid the spring break week(s) when planning your trips to the beach? Some more advice....Avoid N.O during the two weeks before Mardi Gras.

Finally, order a shovel from Amazon to help you climb out from under that rock.

I’m not that old but I remember when 30A was supposed the escape from the crowds, traffic, etc. Now it’s no different than anywhere else on the coast.

I think it’s more local kids, or kids from the area, that cause shite.

A lot of kids have grown up there and are now choosing to go with their college buddies on spring break without parents. I've noticed that trend the last few time.

I just got back from the Seagrove area just east of The Big Chill. Several of the groups at the beach all week were just college kids. They never bothered anyone and the girls were not bad to look at too.

30A is not getting the Panama City Beach crowd and it looks like from the article that is essentially what the communities goal is with increased patrols.
