I guess I'm confused as to why you are asking. What specific populations of people are you referring to? Any specific sports federations/organizations? Are we talking bodybuilding here, Crossfit, UFC, NCAA, International stuff like the Olympics?

"Fitness females" makes me think you're referring to social media "influencers", and if so, aint nobody regulating that shite, all they gotta do is find the right doctor, if they so choose, and get diagnosed with muscle wasting disease by some practitioner (nowadays people have ever expanding options to nurse practitioners and PAs that run longevity/aesthetics clinics that just add to the pile of MDs/DOs that have been doing this for decades) and then you get some anavar or whatever and treat your muscle wasting disease that Dr. Cloaca at the strip mall says you have 'wink wink' Right? It's not that new.
