No one wants to hear it.. but the “middle class” has been getting a hell of a deal since the 80s.

I owed 43k to the feds for 2023. I'm just a W2 guy with a brokerage and retirement account.

I think I'm at the epicenter of the taxpayers getting fricked.

I’ve always thought you should have to write a check and it should be due the last Friday in October.

You don't understand tax burden.

Middle Class is being wiped out, because its ability to handle the taxes imposed on it, is getting worse and worse.

A millionaire is able to handle the burden much easier. They also have many ways to spread out their money to avoid various taxes at various times. Loopholes. Legal yes, but not something most of the middle class know about.
