I guess this might save them. If I have half an hour to grab some lunch I'm going to the place with better food and service for a similar price.

That's not even accounting for the huge growth in digital (loyalty) and delivery.. In the Q1 earnings report released today... loyalty program brought in $6 billion last quarter ($25b past 12 months).

Yeah.

When I used to go there, I was amazed by the number of women getting overpriced coffee with whipped cream on top, without a food order, in the morning drive through.

Overweight folks don’t want to get out of their car to get fast food.
