Chili's is dead here. The one on Pinhook has at most 6 cars in the parking lot at any time. The other one does better but not great.

pinhook road in lafayette and college drive in baton rouge were once top 20 in revenue chilis franchises in the country
my buddy’s sister was a waitress and bartender at chilis on college drive in the 80s and she was making over $70k in 1980s money while at LSU with over 1/3 of it cash
that pinhook rd chilis is almost 40 years old

And that's why they are prob running the special to drive traffic.
