If Ben actually is the free speech absolutist he claims to be, there’s no way he can have the gag order on Candace. It’s absurd and shows that he’s full of shite. He can fire her, fine, because I’d fire anyone as well on the spot if I found out they were a communist, but not gag them. He should outright debate Candace on Israel as well as he fricking promised.
I’m not the biggest Candace Owens fan, but she’s been wronged here and no I don’t think she’s an antisemite.

Im also not a Candace Owens fan. Something about her just doesnt sit right. Shes got a couple of things going for her in that shes attractive for a black woman and shes undeniably clever. Self serving to a degeee though.
Its why I resonate more towards self made folks like Mark Dice, Adam Carolla, etc. They arent beholden to anyone

This all turned out to be bullshite though. Employers are also allowdd to have a non disparagement clause in employment contracts.

It's not a "Gag order". It's a standard non-disparagement clause in an employment contract. The only rights involved are the rights to agree to, and honor, contracts.
