You’re not wrong, but you’re not recognizing that this is irrelevant because Shapiro was on Twitter actively fighting with Candace Owens and arguing about terms of an alleged debate they were going to arrange. Meanwhile at the same time he was orchestrating the “gag order” which would neuter her and prevent said debate from even being able to be done.

It’s pure theatrics and dishonesty
