re: Fish eaters of Tigerdroppings, what's the most delicious fish?

Depends on how im cooking or eating the fish. Red snappers all around good for when I’m grilling, making spring rolls, soups. Mackerels for brasing, yellows fins for sashimi and damn good as jerky, catfish fried.
