re: Question for OT Mechanics Regarding a "Tune Up"

You can find arguments online both for and against changing the transmission fluid. I went ahead Im and got it done. I chose the drain and refill option over the flush because I read that the flush can be damaging. I had to wait 24 hours for the shop to get the OEM Honda fluid but then the dumbass threw in n additive that he added ‘at no charge’ to me as bonus. I really didn’t want that shite and was aggravated about it but it was too late at that point.

I had no transmission problems for the next 30k that I drove the car.

I have no real knowledge on if this was a good idea or not. Someone please enlighten me.
