Trailer repairs will cost you especially for a double axle, but that's only every 5-7 years or so.
Are you handy? Do you know electrical and basic plumbing? Software?
Can you do an oil change and spark plug change?
If you have to hire someone to fix every little thing it will eat you alive.
Also, if you are buying used you need to be damn honest about repairs and upgrades you plan to make. New seat cushions could be $2000 for example depending on how many. Could be 5x that for a 30 ft boat.
