Agreed. Around $725m for a 30 year investment that generates a lot of local ancillary revenue is a decent deal for the city. If they can get another Super Bowl out of it, that would help too

This. Plus the Jaguars are the only team in the 4 Majors in Jacksonville. Lose a lot of city spirit if they leave.
