LSU up to #33

Was hoping for a couple more spots...so looks like a sweep will likely get us to around 28 or 29. I do believe some things are happening. Florida could be eliminated based upon record with another loss or two...and OM would have a losing record should LSU sweep. They each would need to win in Hoover. Although it won't matter with OM they would only have 11 SEC wins.

Yeah, I’ll be late with updating today I have work till 3:30, sadly this will be the first game I miss watching live all year I hope the tigers get it done. (I’ll watch the first hour or so during my lunch break so hopefully it wont be stressful by the time I have to go back in). I wouldn’t mind a 6-0 lead heading back into my shift.

Worth noting the Florida / Georgia game is also moved up to noon although idk what the weather looks like in Georgia right now and if they will actually start at noon.

Probably a wise decision. I just hope and pray y'all in Louisiana don't have to experience anything comparable to the night of terror we just endured in the Houston area.

We lose a game against Ole Miss and end up 12-18, I think we are a lock to be left out, unless of course we win Hoover.

Sweep and end up 13-17, I think we end up on the good side of that 38 percent chance. Somebody has got to say “They’re the defending national champs. We have to sneak them in.”

Still, even at 13-17, I think we need to approach Hoover with the mindset that we need to win at least a couple.

In 2011 we missed the postseason with 13 SEC wins and an RPI of around 27 IIRC. Granted we were robbed then, but I think it'll be tough for us to get our RPI that high without a sweep and at least 1 win in Hoover

I don't know how you leave them out. That's where that 30% plus comes in, teams like LSU that got hot down the stretch. LSU wins tomorrow, they will be 10-5 the second half of the SEC Season....compared to 3-12 first half. They have won 4 of last 5 series, will have an rpi in the 20's, and yes, defending champs. Outside of a routine f up against Alabama, they would have won 5 straight series.....yeah, they will be in.

I think SEC gets ten

SEC locks
UK
Tenn
Ark
UGA
A&M
MSU

Remaining Teams:
USC 13 sec wins 22 rpi
Vandy 12 sec wins 30rpi
Fla 12 sec wins 32 rpi before beating UGA which is a huge win
Bama 12 sec wins 14 rpi (last Fri kills us)
LSU 12 sec wins 33 rpi

Will come down to Vandy Fla Bama and LSU for that final spot

UGA bullpen really screwed us today. Beat the gators tomorrow and really put the pressure on UF in Hoover. They would need 2 wins to stay over .500

I feel like if UF is OUT we might already be in. With a sweep tomorrow we are almost a lock. Look at the other bubble teams.

Assuming not a lot of bid stealers.

Is it required to have at least a .500 record or above .500 record to qualify for Tourny?

500 is overall record , not conference record.

So a Florida loss tomorrow to UGA they would have to have to win 3 games to stay alive. 2 wins and 2 losses they would be 500 still.
