The big tuna are caught in the late winter early spring for the most part. It’s very hit and miss, 20-30% odds really from what I’ve seen they just move a lot.
If there’s only 3 of you, you really should split it with someone else. As said it’s $2400+ gas and tip last I looked for most of the guys. Gas is going to be $600-1000 most likely.

Thanks for all the info. It will be 4 of us we will find a couple of more people to split with.
