This is a handout that too many "conservatives" on this site will support. They want their free shite too. There is no way the money will actually leave the public school and follow the student. The state will just end up paying for both.
Then the govt money will cause an uptick in tuition as govt money tends to do in these situations.

This is the truth. Why do you think college has gotten so expensive? Get rid of student aid/loan programs and the cost of a college education will drop like a rock.
