Yes, it is. The most an average taxpayer in LA might pay in taxes that goes to public schools is, generously, $1500 per year. One voucher is what, $5600 or more per year. There are 12 years of education. Multiple that times the number of kids you have and you are being given far more money by the government than you put in. HANDOUT.

90 percent or so of state tax revenue comes from individuals.

Your analysis is stupid.
