54% Rotten Tomatoes 50% Metacritic. Enjoy. I am sick of Ryan Reynolds and Krisinski.

Those are critic reviews which amount to nothing and most of the time are the polar opposite of audience reviews which matter more. Also, you sound like a miserable count.

especially for a movie like this. I'll wait for more audience reviews and might check it out when it hits streaming for free

Sounds like it’s probably a good family movie then.

This is a good time to remind folks that Siskel & Ebert hated E.T.. Don't give these professional fart-sniffers who watch movies all day your attention.

Saw it tonight with my wife and daughter. Good family movie, my wife cried. My seven year old really liked it and her attention never wavered. It was decently funny, but wasn’t as funny as I was expecting, but also sadder than you think it will be, the ending even pulled at my heart strings a bit. Krasinski is really talented.

Which probably means it’s a decent movie. Even though he can be annoying on the soccer show, I still like Ryan. I’ve never really been a fan of Krisinski probably because I’m one of the few that doesn’t like The Office.

Big-time Ryan Reynolds fan here, no shame in saying that he’s a handsome guy and extremely witty and funny, great actor, and always has enjoyable movies.
I was watching an interview with John Krasinski and he said every actor he wrote a character for had accepted his offer, literally nobody turned him down.
