Play Chinese Bandits

Taiwan’s parliament descended into a brawl on Friday just days before the inauguration of Lai Ching-te, the new president.

Politicians pushed, hit and tackled each other, clambering across tables as they swarmed around the speaker’s seat in the legislative chamber after tempers became heated in a bitter dispute about parliamentary reforms.

The argument broke out over a push by the main opposition party, the Kuomintang (KMT), and its allies, to give parliament greater powers of scrutiny over the government.

This includes a controversial move to criminalise officials who are deemed to make false statements in parliament – a proposal which has been rejected by Mr Lai’s Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) as “an unconstitutional abuse of power”

Politics can never work. This is why I should just be given authority over the entire planet. You’ll all love it…no more payroll taxes, property taxes, or death taxes. World wide flat tax. I’ll build the wall within the first month. The wall will go the length of the southern border and north to Canada starting at the California border. Everyone on epstien’s list will be arrested and tried on day one. Public executions on day two. I’ll release the JFK files. I’ll release everything from project paper clip. All J6 political prisoners will be released and pardoned…and paid handsome settlements. Any communists will be taken on a short helicopter ride (we’re going to need more helicopters).

Salty ‘24 and until death thereafter!

Good call. He's vulnerable to a guillotine if he doesn't keep his eyes up.

It appears that way. But if it's against AlaBama, that's fifteen.

They want to make it a crime for politicians to lie?
I'm going to need more upvotes.

Good job with getting low, but with both feet off the ground like that he's got zero traction to keep pushing the other person back.

I'll give him a C. He's really putting in the effort, but needs to shore up his form.

I think the Taiwanese parliament members can tackle better than the LSU secondary.

Why can’t those people show a little class and relegate themselves to criticizing each other’s eyebrows.
