Any time this comes up I feel compelled to remind everyone that what finally pushed Snyder to change the name was when FedEx threatened to remove its sponsorship from the stadium.
The name changed.
FedEx pulled out of the sponsorship anyway a few months ago. Ridiculous....

For me the movie isn’t ruined. Was it embellished like all Hollywood films? Certainly. But the message is the same and it’s a damn good movie (Rudy is the same way in my view).
If it was the exact same film but completely made up teams and names they’d both be great films and stories. Like a lot ...
