RV Works Fryer 6 gallon
Really great fryer. They can turn out some volume.
I've got 2 six gallon ones for big fish fries. Can cook enough for 125 people (fish, hush puppies and fries) in about an hour. I toss that oil but I could see it lasting for a long time with home use.
Interested in getting one of their 2 or 4 gallon models for home use one day but my little 5 liter electric fryer works pretty well.

I got the 4 gallon RV Works. I usually go 3 months or so. I use my pressure washer to clean it and the baskets.
