If necessary, EVERYONE is available except for Holman and Jump...but I guarantee we see Ack, Loer, Ulloa, Anderson and Guidry before we look at Griff or Christian...

Man if only Hurd really was a Friday night guy. Could you imagine having Jump, Holman and Hurd. We would be pushing for a #1 seed I would think.
Getting Montgomery would have been massive also. Only 2 or 3 dudes or the ones we have playing winning baseball would have changed everything.

Make this your thread title, and you'll get more and better responses.
I'd imagine Ack will get the start and go as long as he can and is effective. Rest may depend on score/situation. I think Jay would love to be able to start Hurd and maybe get his confidence up heading into (hopefully) the postseason, but I think tomorrow is just too important to have him implode again and before we look up, he's dug us into a 3/4-run hole in the 1st.
I know Ack threw 20(ish) Thursday, so he'll obviously be limited. And you'd like to have him for the back end. But I think there's too much on the line to take a chance with anybody else.

Used to play oline. Transferred though. Would be tough for him to pitch tomorrow after transferring out.

Nobody is going to like this, but it should be Hurd tomorrow. He at least has the ability to go 4-5 innings without giving up much. We have seen the alternative and it hasn't worked either, so I'd rather give him another shot. Maybe we get post season Hurd.

Start Nate and go from there. Unfortunately, Hurd can't be trusted currently. If we were safely in the tournament, yeah go ahead and start him but this game is too important.
