I know this probably isn't your preference, but there's a Mexican tire shop on Coursey that will plug it for you for $10 (cash only) in about 5 minutes and it will probably hold up.

I got this done on my wife's car recently. Same scenario except no tire warranty and that Michelin had 1k miles on it.

I prefer not to (at this point), however, this might be an option that I consider as I would rather all 4 tires the same, or a minimum of two the same at the very least.
