but I also think "thugs" accused of violent crimes also deserve reasonable bail.

So they can commit more violent crimes.

You had at least 4 years until we have another fake election before the community may be put at risk by this guy.

Slow Brain strikes again mentioning and insinuating that “solitary confinement” is some walk in the park. They treat legit terrorist better than J6 American citizens that were peacefully protesting!

Who did nothing more than what other liberal groups have done In the past.

You have zero idea what 40 months in prison and on/off solitary can do solitary confinement can do to someone mentally.

You and Penrod/Nimrod and other anti-freedom assholes need to go join the military and go fight for Ukraine.

HE has delayed his trial.

What do you mean by this?

Anytime I bring up the vast and overwhelming violence on J6, I'm told that didn't happen.

And/or, if it did, it was because of Antifa got people's feewings hurt.

Why is he choosing to stay in prison for years by pushing back his trial?

By his comments, I'm guessing martyrdom syndrome.

What about the 2 lawyers in NYC who threw Molotov cocktails into a police car during the George Floyd riots who had their charges dropped by the same DOJ?

Their charges weren't dropped.

So we can assume the guy in OP would commit more violent crimes if he were given bail?
