If he can get out of the primary.

Maybe after 8 years it might ease off, but the Landry wing of the LA Republican/conservative voter base has mostly disdain for Graves right now.

It is more than the Landry wing.

The Johnson / Scalise wing is pissed that he backstabbed Scalise to back Kevin McCarthy in the last speaker race. Graves and McCarthy getting exposed is part of how we got Johnson.
