They won’t leave. For the vast majority of them, their skill set, while top tier for what they do, doesn’t translate to anything else in the real business world to make an income. Well…except maybe being a lying politician. ...
That's going to make SEC baseball even stronger
It will. They’ll be able to really stack rosters. Programs like LSU won’t have to worry about playing the TOPS and then pay for books and meals with a half scholarship type game. ...
Wonder if we start to see a shift where smaller schools that may not have any realistic chance to keep up in football, go all in on say basketball or baseball etc.
I used to get pissed at the USL/UL administration for just sitting “comfortable” in football, wanting to be lazy when ...
Possibly as early as next week, college athletics could change forever.
He can take Landry’s spot in the governors mansion in a few years if he wants.
If he can get out of the primary. Maybe after 8 years it might ease off, but the Landry wing of the LA Republican/conservative voter base has mostly disdain for Graves right now....
BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — U.S. Rep. Garret Graves released a statement Friday, May 17 about this week’s Supreme Court decision on Louisiana’s congressional map and his plans to run for reelection. The Supreme Court ordered the state to use a congressional map with a second majority-Blac...
He was already going to be replaced by Newsom.
Didn't DeSantis already destroy this leftist, to the point Newsome's wife threw in the towel and called the fight for him when they were asked if they wanted to continue?...
A coworker - who voted for JL - said she was shocked the first time she actually heard him speak. She said he sounds like a bumpkin! The whole LSU basketball spat really turned her off to voting for him again.
So why the shite did she vote for him in the first place?...
Red meat culture war issues gain you traction in the GOP presidential primaries, not boring economic development.
+1 But hey, let's look at it this way. It appears they're getting all that shite passed and out of the way this session. So next Spring, we should be ready for some...
My next response was going to be to ask about signing over just surface rights but maintaining mineral rights and see how the company reacts.
I was about to suggest that, but kept reading all the replies first. This is the approach I would take just to see how they react....
