After hearing an interview of Dan Radakovich pulling him away will be very difficult. The ACC has become a power in the big 3 sports and have a huge new ESPN contract starting in 2019. He sounded really excited there.
Scott Woodward isn’t leaving an up and coming program with $200+ MM budget that is only second to UT. It would have to be Alexander’s job.
Who are the third and fourth choices?

Whoever Joe Burrow decides it is

The La. legislature and Bobby Jindal have made a train wreck out of LSU and the BOS over the last decade. The funding challenges continue under Edwards. Add to that mix the fact that we have an invertebrate as Chancellor F. King), what competent, up-and-coming AD would want to come to LSU?
We're going to have to clean house.

Not a one of us knew who Mark Emmert was before he went to LSU and he was arguithe most important person in turning LSU FB around. There are no doubt plenty of qualified people out that would be great ADs for LSU.

Let’s go back after Mark Emmert

Joe Burrow, he's just as qualified as anyone else in the department right now.

Gov.Bobby Jindel and Edwards have hurt LSU football
They are so stupid as it is a proven fact that NC schools like Alabama continue to increase enrollment and money with NC teams.......especially out of state student fees!!!!!!!!

At the risk of looking like an idiot for taking the time to post this in a generic fire Alleva thread...
I think Chet Gladchuck at the Naval Academy would be a solid choice if we strikeout on bigger names. Guy has experience with doing more with less, which hopefully would translate well to a place with LSU level resources.
Under Chet USNA's Football program has become semi-relavent again. He resurrected a dead program with the Paul Johnson hire in '01 and maintained that success with Niamat after Johnson left. He also led a successful transition from being an independent to being in the hunt for a conference title in the AAC. The team makes a bowl game most years and has a solid record against rivals during his time.
Potential risk though is his fixation on football has seen a regression in other sports. Lacrosse (important there) and baseball have gotten worse in the last decade. Basketball is on the upswing, but it had the longest active losing streak at one point when I was there. My .02 as an Alum of both schools.

I agree Radakovich is not coming back. Woodward would under the right conditions. King Alexander would have to go . If this happens and you can Put Moret in his position. You get the best of both worlds. Cause I believe Moret would get his man. Woodward.
If you can’t get Woodward the best choice is Verge Ausberry. Totally respected around the country and he knows what it will take. Remember he has JImbo here until Angelle , Jindal and Alexander reversed course.
