Why would you sign up for seven figures and have to recruit, when you could make around the same and be a step closer to becoming the next McVey / Kingsbury ?

Kingsbury was fired by Texas Tech last yr

NFL has clearly shown they'll pay for advanced Offensive minds

A system needs at least two-three consecutive years of success before it could be labeled a success. I hope he's patient enough to give us another year before he leaves.

NFL OC job would be hard to pass up.

With the way the NFL is these days, he could be a HC in no time.

Slim to none however, I would hope LSU would grant permission for other teams to interview if Brady is interested. Having said that, he may be limited by his current contract OR the one that is presumably on the table at this time.

Here's to hoping he stay's.

0% this year.
and then,
it would depend on the offensive performance of next year.

Brady’s stock may never be higher than it is now.

Could be right but how much higher is his stock if he loses the most talented Heisman quarterback in recent history and plugs in new qback and finishes next year w the #1 offense in the SEC? LSU offense has plenty of skill and a good number of O line coming back.

The only person we will have to worry about is David Tepper(Panthers owner). Matt Rhule and Joe Brady share the same agent. It has been noted that Rhule was supposed to go to NY to interview after the Carolina interview...Tepper told Rhule he aint leaving and will give him the amount of money that will make him cancel the NY Meeting....

David Tepper is a guy were money doesnt mean crap to him...he will over pay just to have something....

-Not sure if true but ive heard the story about him not getting a promotion and going to buy the guys house that got the promotion from his ex wife just to demolish it.....it was worth 40million dollars...you cant compete with someone like that...Also was told that when he left New Jersey the state had to redo there budget due to not receiving his taxes anymore...

I aint saying Brady leaves or not but that one is the one to worry about

This and I wouldnt be mad at him for taking it. If he succeeds then he can be a NFL head coach in a few years. Hell of a jump from a QB coach just last year.

I think he is LSU's OC next year.
Some time down the road he leaves for NFL.

To add to that,
Brady's income "should" be rather up there,
very likely Dave Aranda $$$$ and THIS will likely play a part...

Then you look at the team, and they are simply not that good and their upside, NOPEEEEEE

However, if the Cleveland Browns came calling, NOW THAT, Young QB, Talent, EXTREME TALENT at WR and RB positions

The panthers don't have this.... aka PUNT

Tiger stripes 30 hit the nail on the head. Panthers owner is crazy and rich, rich, rich. This is not a courtesy interview.
