Turned an unassisted triple play.
Against the School for the Deaf in 6th grade. Runners on first and second, both broke after a line drive to me (SS). Caught it touched second and tagged the runner.

Had to hike 3 miles down a mountain covered in blood and a broken jaw after falling 20 feet off a cliff. Most badass moment of my life was walking into the ER looking like Jesus about to be crucified.

Reggies had $10 free drinks 7-10 EVERY Wednesday and Friday. 17 drinks in that span were freshman numbers

First team all state receiver my junior year. First team all state punter my senior year. Honorable mention all state basketball my junior year. Made first team all district SS my junior year and another ss in the district made first team all state that year still don’t know how that happens.

I won the "citizenship award" in both 7th and 8th grade. It was an award given to one student out of the entire grade. Both grades probably had 150-250 students. Not even sure what the criteria was but I think the teachers voted on it.

I wrote the petition that added PTSD as a qualifying condition for medical marijuana in AZ. At the time, only OR and NM allowed medical cannabis certification for PTSD. Now almost all states allow it and my petition has been used in almost every approval process since. CSB, I know. I do know.

I played center on my high school basketball team. Coash would absolutely hate if I took shots outside of the paint. Only wanted me to bang it out in the paint. One game I don't know what happened, but I was Stephen Curry from perimeter. I hit 10 3's much to my coach's dismay. I was on absolute fire. It never happened again after that. It was like god blessed me for that game only.

I could make a long list in various categories, but the single most memorable athletic occasion most likely would be hitting a laser beam homer against one of the pitchers I faced who played professionally. After the inning ended the home plate umpire walked all the way out to my position at second base and told me that in 30 plus years of umpiring that it was the hardest hit ball he had ever seen.
