You love you some Mitch huh? We cool an all, but I don't agree with a lot of shite he does (on the other hand I agree with some shite he does), but I don't really agree with how he handles the flood situation.
I understand his is protecting his people and while that is good, but the parishes surrounding us (not just the parishes on the east, I am talking about Point Coupee, St. Martin, Assumption & Iberia as well) will not be doing any favors for him if they can help it (well maybe assumption).
He is a good politician and knows what to do to stay elected (although he is in his last term), but that doesn't always mean doing the right thing.
