It can be anything! It could be cold pizza ?? What say you? I personally love a good steak and eggs, finished off with some pancakes.

Usually go with frying some of my homemade bacon, make fresh hash browns and a couple eggs over easy with toast and coffee.
Sometimes it's grits in place of the hash browns.

I eat a protein bar every weekday for breakfast. My favorite though is eggs, usually sunny side up, and sourdough toast.

I love good, homemade biscuits and gravy. Rarely get it, but if it’s available to order, that’s what I’m getting

Eggs, sausage, and cheese packaged anyway you please works for me. Can be a sandwich on toast, biscuit, or bagel, or even rolled up in a tortilla.
But there are so many other possibilities too...omelettes, frittatas, migas, cheese grits, leftover pizza.
One of the best breakfasts I've had, twice now, was in a diner in Chalmette. Had been fishing off Shell Beach and stopped in on our way home. Saw a bowl of shrimp and grits coming out and had to have it. Happy all day.
But there are so many other possibilities too...omelettes, frittatas, migas, cheese grits, leftover pizza.
