How can he have an offer from LSU already ? Or anywhere else ? A school cannot make official contact with a high school recruit until the summer following junior year of high school.

Yep. That kid’s a beast.
He won the Christian school junior high invitational today at even par. Won it as a 7th grader last year and was 5 under.
