A sweep of the #1 team and then 2 of 3 in the next 2 series should enough for a regional.

We win out and maybe win 2 in SEC tournament and we might host a regional.

We get to 14 wins, we’re definitely in.
After winning this series against A&M (and the lift in RPI), I actually think 13-17 will get us in now.
You are correct in that if we somehow win out and finish 16-14, we might actually be hosting a regional.
7 games left… we need 4 more wins. I’d still like to get 5 wins just to be sure, but 4-3 in the final 7 probably does it given the series win over A&M.

Even with the so called advantage of being the champs from last year, a regional is highly unlikely.

With where our RPI is if we get to 14 we are a lock. If we lose tonight and 2-1 the other 2 series and end at 13-17 I’ll be sweating but our RPI and out of conference record should still get us in. 15-15 we may be on the bubble of hosting. Our RPI is skyrocketing.

I honestly think if we go 13-17 it may depend on how florida finishes. They have the head to head vs us and are on the bubble.

The biggest thing will be limiting upsets in conference tournaments when you're sitting at 13-17. See Tulane last year. They stole an at large from a team on the bubble.

On a different level, we need 4/7 to make the big dance. That's a fact. We aren't getting in with 12 wins. 7 out of 7 would move us into the teens for sure in rpi.
