Catching Freedom missed his gap and got boxed in and it was too late by the time he could make a move. He was closing hard.

That was one of the funnest Derby’s I’ve ever watched.

In a derby two things are fun: total domination or close competition.

As close competition goes, well done lads and equines… well done indeed.

When you have that many horses, the best ride wins....not necessarily the best horse....in that bottleneck.

Wish they would cap the entries.

2 should have been taken down........ didn't impact me, so no "horse" in this fight, but that was A LOT of contact and I think the other horse had to check up.
