West Monroe 31-28. We need to pressure the Barbe QB and try and contain him as best we can. On the offensive side of the ball we should handle them on the line so I think we should just pound the ball and work the clock all night.

Destrehan 14-10. Central has a tough D but I think Destrehans coaching comes through for them in the end. The only chance I see Central having is if they spread Desty out and throw the ball.

I don't know much about Central, but I think I'd rather play them than Destrehan

Janzen is done for the season. He had surgery this week I think.

I think Barbe is the only real threat left. Destrehan almost lost to freaking Ruston at home for Christ sake.

It wouldnt suprise me if Central won b/c Ive heard they have a damn good defense.

I never said Destrehan wasnt good I only said Barbe is better than both them and Central (who lost to Scottlandville who we were up on 42-0 at the half)

I think Destrehan is very capable of beating anyone including WM b/c like always we can lose if we turn it over a couple of times.

I say DHS vs. WM in the dome. After that I don't know. I give the edge to WM but certainly wouldn't be surprised if DHS pulls the upset.

On another note, I posted this in another thread but thought I might get a quicker response here. Did anyone hear of what happened to the kid from Destrehan Friday night? Against Higgins he was what appeared to be horse collared on the sidelined and never got up. He was carried off on a stretcher to an ambulance and left. Never heard anything about it since.
