Any baw trying to drop weight for 2024?

I want to go down from a size 34 to a 32.

Looking to gain a little weight (5-6lbs) and drop my BFP a few percentage points (4-5%)

Easiest way to do it and it’s not a popular one but quit drinking.
This along with exercising a few times a week and eating healthy during the weekdays goes a long way. Also avoid eating any meal 3hrs before bed.

I’m trying. I lost a bunch of weight in 2022-2023, but gained some back the last few months. Trying to reverse the momentum and finally drop the gut I’ve had since I was 10 years old.

I've gained five pounds, but my clothes are fitting better. I've hit the gym all but two days of 2024. Some cardio, some weights.

I hate working out SO MUCH. I wish I got that “runner’s high” that people always talk about. Instead, I just always feel drained and beat up.

Quit drinking and pop a zyn in whenever you feel like snacking.
