$1.6 is $109,000 for fair plan wind/hail, $500,000 is $28,000 for coastal plan wind/hail. Fire at that location might be $15,000, volunteer FD drives rate.

And probably never will.
But times standing among cypress trees in waders hunting wood ducks with my dad and uncles and sons will forever be priceless and was always free. We often laughed at all our moisture problems.

Make a duck hunt there a few years back. Owned by a friend's cousin. Plenty of ducks late in the season. 1st class everything.
