My biggest is circa 2013. 151 10 point, Claiborne County, MS.

Killed my second biggest 100 yards from where I shot that one 7 years later, 136 inch 8 point (9 if you count the half inch kicker aka deduct point).

Central Kansas
Shot in a tree line thats about 40 yards wide and 1/2 mile long deer use to move right outside of “town”

I am almost 100% sure I saw him Friday night exiting the stand. Killed him on the following Tuesday afternoon about 20 minutes after I climbed the ladder. Was planning on hunting a different property due to a wind switch around 5pm. Pulled up to the property and they had 4 trucks working on the well. Decided to go back to the spot I had been hunting and take my chance. 20 minutes later shot him 5 yards under me. Talk about luck.

8 Point
Rock Springs, TX
Maybe 100"

I prefer wing shooting, and consider deer hunting just a meat gathering activity. The sooner I can lay one down, the sooner I can get out of the stand and start bird hunting.

143" 10 pointer with my bow in St Mary Parish. Two years earlier he was a legit 170" monster but never saw him in the light. Taxidermist aged him at 8.5 so his best years were behind him.

biggest overall.... 144 6/8 from Texas 2015
biggest Arkansas... 10 point 2021 that grossed 141 and netted around 137.

I don't get too wrapped up in score though. Around my area age is just as impressive as score. Hard to get bucks older than 4 in my neck of the woods. I killed an old mature 6 point this year that will likely score in the 120's and we think he might be 6 years old. I'm gonna rough score him this week and see if he's close enough to knock off either one of the top two at Simmons right now. He's a dude but I don't know if he will beat 126 (Which is what I think is leading at the moment.)

***Update... I scored him last night at 121 1/4 which I'm tickled with for a mainframe 6 with a little kicker coming off his base.

Opening day of rifle 2005, I was 15.
St. James
No idea what he scored
225# 9 point. Still the heaviest deer to be killed on that property, including the surrounding properties.

Almost popped one of 2 does before they both picked their heads up and looked back in the woods, then this dude struts out. Felt like I was watching the outdoor channel

I was about 5’10” 260ish, for body comparison

‘99, Kenedy Ranch, bordering King Ranch, , true 10 pt, with a 3” kicker, 23” wide, 13” right G1, about 180”, guides measured him while he was green at the ranch so IDK if it’s a official score, but he’s a big Fkr

153” 10 point. Christmas Eve 2011 in the hills of Yazoo County, MS. Walked out in a food plot at 4:00 with no care in the world.

It was a crazy deal.

I killed 3 bucks on consecutive Saturday afternoons, all one point and about 10” better and 10 lbs heavier than the last.

130” 255 lb 8 point on 12/10, 140” 265 lb 9 point on 12/17, and this 150” 275 lb 10 point on 12/24 of that year.

Bizarre really that a mature 275 lb buck was just roaming in a food plot in the middle of the rut at 4 in the afternoon.

About 135-140" 10 pt
Caddo parish

One side of his rack would've been a legit 160" deer (had they matched), but the other side was significantly smaller.

I honestly don't remember the score, but it was a big pretty 10 point in Boligee, AL in 1998. Good enough for 3rd place in a big buck contest, where my prize was a $150 gift card to my uncle's Piggly Wiggly in Eutaw
