Had beef plate ribs and 2 boneless turkey breast. Ribs were a year old from my freezer, came out ok, but were taking forever compared to fresh so I pulled them early. Turkey breasts came out fantastic. 1 SPG w/ a little cajun season and the other was Italian herb holiday style. Gonna have som...

I've had one since 2021 as well. I use it multiple times a week. I've had a couple fires from stupid cooking practices (smoking burgers and chicken, then trying to grill them). I had a backburn issue once, but that was from the hood vents being clogged with grease. Cleaned the lid and kept rolling. ...
10mth old gas is still ten month old gas!!
and there's nothing wrong with 10mo old gas if it's clean... Also, my gatortail (carb, not EFI) sits all duck off season, from Feb-October. Runs just fine and cranks right up if my battery is charged. I literally back it in after the last ...
Tim McGraw country
Makes sense. Like you said, not many around. Mom and pop surveyors are few and far between and its very hard to turn a profit on small private projects, especially with travel involved. Also hard to get paid from private clients. ...
With today’s technology. Who still uses total stations?
TONS of people still use total stations. Like every day. Like Coot said dimension control/industrial measurement is one use where GPS wont work. But plenty of boundary still done with TS, particularly Class A work. GPS is onl...
