What are the major differences between Russia and America

Russia is a country run by a corrupt oligarchy, and the government will persecute its political opposition.
America, basically the same, but also hates white people, masculinity, traditional families, heterosexuals, and Christians. And goes out of its way to shite on it's own heritage and history.
Am I missing anything?

I would say the biggest difference right off the top of my head is that the world is full of people wanting to move to America and ain't nobody I know of dying to move to Russia.

That’s why I put his IQ at 30, the lowest score you can obtain on the gold standard IQ tests. In grad school I had a practicum at one of the developmental centers in Louisiana and would give IQ tests to folks with severe and profound mental retardation (now Intellectual Disability). They could be completely unresponsive and get an IQ of 30. Hank seems about at their level.
