Steve Sarkisian Talks About The Return Of The Texas-Texas A&M Rivalry

With Texas joining the SEC this upcoming football season, the long-standing rivalry between the Longhorns and Texas A&M will be renewed on Nov. 30 in College Station.
During a recent appearance at the Houston Touchdown Club, Sarkisian was asked about having his team ready for the heated rivalry. Per Athlon Sports:

“It’s not hard at all,” Sarkisian said. “We’ll be ready.”
Sarkisian also spoke about how conference alignment has impacted rivalries across the sport.
“People are excited about rivalries getting renewed,” Sarkisian said. “Everyone is worried about conference realignment and losing rivalries. Well, there are some good ones getting renewed, too.”
