Stadiums should be designed such that a fans outreached, gloved hand cannot physically interfere with a ball in play. It’s not that complicated. Seems like there was a rather significant example of such nonsense at a Chicago Cubs WS game a while back?!?!?...

Slice breast meat about 1/2” thick. Pound it with a tenderizer to flatten a little. Cut in 2” strips. Soak in buttermilk a couple hours. Dredge in panko bread crumbs and salt/ pepper and deep fry. Only a minute or two. By far the best wild game recipe I’ve had. Ever. By a long shot. ...

Agreed. But I think it depends on what “type” of boat you want. The Hanko type boats are heavy duty, but they’re not finished out like the manufactured boats. They’re heavy and clunky, not a performance hull. Kinda a commercial boat feel So within those two classes of boats there are differences...

I like to grill my boudin to get the casing less rubbery. But in doing so, as it heats it expands and splits open. I’ve tried putting it on frozen, which helps, but not a fix. Any tricks out there to accomplish this?...
