Week 2 Day 1 Yesterday Behind on everything this week. Right at 50 Minutes Squats were higher percentage low reps...went smoothly Bench same but higher rep structure again went easily. Ancillary work not brutal Not a bad day at all. Have to get my schedule cleaned up to get through the ...
never gotten tickets since it turned into online application. Got them twice back when you had to put your name and information on an index card and mail it in (Early 2000s) Tried again and will probably fail again....

Week 1 Day 4 - Completed Saturday 1 Hour and 37 minutes. This one was a bear. Still feeling tight two days later. Big Pump Friday is very well named. Moving on to Week 2 either this afternoon or tomorrow morning depending on schedule. ...
